AI Content Policy

Every song is AI-generated

Every song on Sonvi, including the music, vocals, lyrics and cover art, is generated by artificial intelligence. No real singer performed these songs, and artist and album names are fictional. Song pages are marked "AI-generated song", and summaries written by a language model carry an "AI-generated" label.

How the songs are made

Songs are created from text prompts and lyrics with generative music models, including the open-source ACE-Step model. Titles, lyrics, summaries, translations and cover art may also be produced by AI models. Every song passes an automated content review before it is published.

How we label AI content

• a visible label on every song page and a notice for first-time visitors;
• machine-readable information in the structured data of every song page;
• this policy, linked from the footer of every page.

These measures support transparency obligations such as Article 50 of the EU AI Act and China's Measures for Labeling AI-Generated Synthetic Content.

Limitations

AI output can be inaccurate, unexpected or unintentionally similar to existing works. Lyrics may contain errors, and translations and summaries may not be exact. The songs do not express the views of [Operator legal name].

Content rules

We do not publish, and will remove, content that:

• imitates the voice or identity of a real, identifiable artist or person in a way that could mislead listeners;
• infringes copyright, trademarks or other rights;
• contains hate speech, harassment, sexual content involving minors or incitement to violence;
• presents fabricated claims about real people or events as fact.

Using songs responsibly

If you share or reuse a song, keep it clearly identified as AI-generated and do not present it as the work of a real artist. Details are in the Download License.

Reporting

Use the report button on any song or email [email protected]. We review reports, usually within a few business days, and remove content that breaks these rules. Copyright claims follow our Copyright Policy.
