Scope

Songs on Sonvi can be downloaded as MP3 files. This license explains what you may do with them. By downloading a song, you agree to this license and to our Terms of Service.

What you may do

[Operator legal name] grants you a free, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to:

• listen to downloaded songs on your own devices;
• use them in personal, non-commercial projects, such as private videos, school work or personal playlists;
• share links to song pages on Sonvi.

Any commercial use requires our prior written permission.

What you may not do

• sell, license or distribute the songs as stand-alone audio files or as part of a music library;
• upload them to streaming services or content identification systems (such as YouTube Content ID), or claim ownership or authorship of them;
• present them as performed or written by a real person, or use them to impersonate anyone;
• use them in unlawful, defamatory or hateful content;
• use the catalog to train AI models or to build a competing service.

Rights and warranties

Copyright law for AI-generated works is still developing and differs between countries; in some countries such songs may not be protected by copyright at all. We do not guarantee that a song is free from third-party claims. If we receive a valid claim about a song, we may remove it, and you must stop using it when we ask you to.

Termination

This license ends automatically if you breach it. You must then stop using and delete the songs you downloaded.
